Everything that differs

Reading that table:
  • AI Portfolio Analyst messages are messages you send in the AI Portfolio Analyst portfolio chat. An earnings message is one question you send in Earnings Deep Research. A Tradion Lens snapshot is one click on Take snapshot. A Trade Autopsy count is one generated report. A manual Profile refresh is one use of the Refresh button on your Profile.
Portfolio and brokerage sync run on the house on both plans, along with the Tradion Lens chat and follow-up questions on a Trade Autopsy. The live analyst is counted in minutes, only while it is actually running. Extra live hours: paying subscribers on either plan can add 5 live analyst hours for $10, any time. Bought hours never expire, are used after your plan’s monthly hours, and stay on your account through plan changes.

Free trial

Both plans include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You enter card details up front, and the trial gives you a smaller allowance of each counter than the full monthly amount above: enough to try every feature, not enough to run a full month on. You are not charged until the trial ends; cancel any time before then at no cost.
If your first payment fails at the end of the trial, your account stays on its remaining trial allowance while Stripe retries the charge, rather than losing access outright.
The trial is once per account, not once per plan.

Which one

You trade a few sessions a week with the live analyst on. 15 live analyst hours, 50 Tradion Lens snapshots and 20 Trade Autopsies a month cover most working routines, and 10 Earnings Deep Research messages covers a handful of names.This is the right starting point for most people.
You regularly run past one of Starter’s counters before the month resets: for example more than 15 live analyst hours, or more than 120 AI Portfolio Analyst messages. The jump is a higher allowance on every counter plus priority support, not a feature unlock. If you aren’t hitting Starter’s ceilings, you don’t need it yet.

Changing plans

From Settings → Subscription:
  • Upgrading to Pro charges the prorated difference immediately, and once that charge succeeds you get Pro’s full monthly allowance right away.
  • Downgrading to Starter takes effect immediately. You keep what you have left, capped at Starter’s limits, and the prorated difference is credited toward future invoices rather than refunded in cash.
  • Switching plans during a trial ends the trial and charges you immediately for the new plan.
  • Cancellation keeps access until the period ends, then the account moves to unsubscribed. Your data is retained.

There is no free plan

Two plans, both paid. Starter and Pro both come with a 3-day free trial; there is no permanently free tier, and an account with no subscription cannot run analyses. If you see a “Free” plan mentioned anywhere, it is out of date.
