There are two ways to reach us: the Feedback button inside the app, and email. Use the button when you’re logged in — it collects the context we’d otherwise have to ask you for.

In-app feedback — the fastest route

Click Feedback in the left sidebar. A short form opens:
1

Pick a type

Bug, Feature, Question, or Other. Choosing Bug adds a severity selector — Critical, Major, or Minor. Severity sets the order reports get looked at.
2

Write a subject

Up to 100 characters. A specific one — “Discord alerts stopped after I renamed the channel” — gets a faster answer than “alerts broken”.
3

Describe it

Up to 2,000 characters. See below for what to include.
4

Send

You get a confirmation and the form closes on its own.
Every submission automatically carries your account details, the screen you were on when you clicked, your plan, your browser, and the time. You do not need to type any of that.
You can send up to five reports an hour. Past that the form asks you to wait — it isn’t a rejection of your report.

What to include in a bug report

The three things that turn a report into a fix:
  1. What you expected to happen. One sentence.
  2. What happened instead. The exact error text if there was one, copied rather than paraphrased.
  3. When, and on what. The approximate time, and the name of the specific automation, analysis session, ticker, or brokerage connection involved.
If it’s reproducible, say what you do to reproduce it. If it happened once and never again, say that too — intermittent is useful information, not a reason to stay quiet.
For automation problems, open Automations → Runs, find the run that went wrong, and quote the error shown against the failing channel. That single line usually identifies the cause outright. See runs and history.

Email support

support@tradionlabs.com Email is the right route when you can’t sign in, when the account itself is the problem, or when you need something only we can do:
  • Reversing a scheduled account deletion, before the purge date
  • Requesting a copy of your data
  • A billing charge you believe is wrong — within 30 days of the charge
  • Changing the email address on your account
Write from the address on the account where you can. It’s the quickest way for us to confirm who you are.

Feature requests

Send them through the in-app form with the type set to Feature. Say what you’re trying to accomplish rather than the control you imagine — “I want to know when my position size is drifting above my usual” tells us far more than “add a slider here”, and it often turns out the thing already exists under a different name. Requests that arrive repeatedly from different people are the ones that get built.

Security disclosure

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability — a way to reach another user’s data, bypass authentication, or make Tradion do something it shouldn’t — email support@tradionlabs.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please:
  • Report it privately first, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before discussing it publicly.
  • Include enough detail to reproduce it.
  • Do not test against another person’s account, and do not run automated scanning or penetration testing against the service. The Terms of Service prohibit probing the platform without written permission.
We don’t publish a bug bounty programme. Get in touch and we’ll respond.
