In-app feedback — the fastest route
Click Feedback in the left sidebar. A short form opens:1
Pick a type
Bug, Feature, Question, or Other. Choosing Bug adds a severity selector — Critical, Major, or Minor. Severity sets the order reports get looked at.
2
Write a subject
Up to 100 characters. A specific one — “Discord alerts stopped after I renamed the channel” — gets a faster answer than “alerts broken”.
3
Describe it
Up to 2,000 characters. See below for what to include.
4
Send
You get a confirmation and the form closes on its own.
You can send up to five reports an hour. Past that the form asks you to wait — it isn’t a rejection of your report.
What to include in a bug report
The three things that turn a report into a fix:- What you expected to happen. One sentence.
- What happened instead. The exact error text if there was one, copied rather than paraphrased.
- When, and on what. The approximate time, and the name of the specific automation, analysis session, ticker, or brokerage connection involved.
Email support
support@tradionlabs.com Email is the right route when you can’t sign in, when the account itself is the problem, or when you need something only we can do:- Reversing a scheduled account deletion, before the purge date
- Requesting a copy of your data
- A billing charge you believe is wrong — within 30 days of the charge
- Changing the email address on your account
Feature requests
Send them through the in-app form with the type set to Feature. Say what you’re trying to accomplish rather than the control you imagine — “I want to know when my position size is drifting above my usual” tells us far more than “add a slider here”, and it often turns out the thing already exists under a different name. Requests that arrive repeatedly from different people are the ones that get built.Security disclosure
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability — a way to reach another user’s data, bypass authentication, or make Tradion do something it shouldn’t — email support@tradionlabs.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please:- Report it privately first, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before discussing it publicly.
- Include enough detail to reproduce it.
- Do not test against another person’s account, and do not run automated scanning or penetration testing against the service. The Terms of Service prohibit probing the platform without written permission.
