Trading and safety

No. Never, on any plan, under any setting. There is no order-entry path in the product at all — nothing in Tradion can buy, sell, size, or close a position for you. Every output is analysis that you act on yourself, through your own broker.
Yes. The link is established through a regulated aggregator and the access granted is read-only: positions, balances, and trade history in, nothing out. Tradion cannot place, change, or cancel an order, and cannot move money. You can revoke the connection from Settings → Connected Brokerages and again from inside your broker’s own security settings — see connecting a brokerage.
No. Tradion Labs is not a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or a financial institution, and nothing in the product is a personalised recommendation to buy or sell anything. Tradion produces analysis — a rating, a level, a pattern in your own history — and the decision is entirely yours. Trading involves risk of loss.
More than 30, through our brokerage aggregator. Commonly used ones include Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Robinhood, Webull, Tradier, Alpaca, and Coinbase. Search the full list inside the connection window; if yours isn’t there, log trades by hand and tell us which one.

Plans and limits

No. There are three plans — Starter 25,Trader25, Trader 100, Quant $200 a month. Starter and Trader include a 7-day free trial, once per account. An account with no subscription cannot run analyses. See plan comparison.
Ten on Trader, fifty on Quant. Starter has no automations. That number is a total, not a running-at-once count. Pausing an automation does not free a slot — to make room, delete one you no longer need or move up a plan.
No. All three meters reset to their full monthly allowance on your billing cycle date, and whatever you didn’t use is gone. A month where you used 4 of 50 agent runs resets to 50, not 96. See usage limits.
Every one is switched off at the end of your paid period. They are not deleted. Resubscribing does not switch them back on — you do that yourself, one at a time.

Using the product

Not for the main product. Signing in works on a phone, but any browser window narrower than 640 pixels gets a screen asking you to move to a desktop. That’s deliberate — the terminal, the canvas, and the automation builder need the width to be usable rather than merely visible. The phone screen offers to email you a sign-in link for your computer.
Live quotes and snapshots refresh on a 60-second cache, and the historical bars behind indicators on a 5-minute one. Slower-moving data is cached for longer: company overviews and economic series hourly, earnings history for several hours. Automations evaluate their conditions on a 60-second cycle, so a price trigger fires on the next check after a level is crossed, not on the tick itself — see data sources.
Anthropic’s Claude does the bulk of the work: Opus for quant code generation and for agent runs on Quant, Sonnet for chart and document analysis, chat, and agent runs on Trader, Haiku for short follow-ups and summaries. Google’s Gemini is a fallback when a generation fails, and scores news sentiment. OpenAI is used only to turn text into search vectors — never for chat or analysis. The only model difference between plans is the automation agent. Details: AI models.
No. There is no public API, there are no API keys, and support cannot issue you one. The only way Tradion talks to a system you control is outbound: an automation can send a webhook — one JSON message posted to an address you specify when a trigger matches. Traffic never goes the other way. See webhook payloads, including the section on when the signature header is present and when it is not.
No. Everything runs in the web app, including Lens — it captures your screen using a feature built into Chrome and Edge, with no extension to install. If you’re offered a Tradion browser extension anywhere, it isn’t from us.

Your data

No. Tradion does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information — that includes your trades, your positions, your behavioural profile, and everything derived from them. Your data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the product, such as the payment processor and the AI providers that generate your analyses. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
There’s no one-click account export in the app yet. You can export code and results from a quant session yourself — see the canvas — and for everything else, email support@tradionlabs.com and request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format. Do this before deleting an account, not after.
It stays. Cancelling ends the billing and drops you to an unsubscribed account at the end of the period you’ve paid for; your trades, autopsies, analyses, memory, and playbook rules are all still there when you come back. Deleting your account is the separate, permanent action — that page explains the difference.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a period, and there’s no credit for a mid-cycle downgrade or for unused allowances. If you think you’ve been billed in error, email support@tradionlabs.com within 30 days of the charge and we’ll look at it.
