What Tradion does

No. Never, on any plan, under any setting. There is no order-entry path in the product: nothing in Tradion can buy, sell, size, or close a position for you. Every output is analysis that you act on yourself, through your own broker.
No. Tradion Labs is not a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or a financial institution, and nothing in the product is a personalised recommendation to buy or sell anything. Tradion produces analysis (a rating, a level, a pattern in your own history) and the decision is entirely yours. Trading involves risk of loss.
No. A connection saves typing: your positions and closed trades arrive on their own. Without one you enter positions and trades by hand, and every other part of the product behaves the same way. See portfolio overview.
No. Chart reading happens in Tradion Lens, which draws its own live chart of a US stock or ETF. A live analyst comments on each candle as it closes, a snapshot combines the chart with current prices, indicators and upcoming events into a full read, and a chat answers your questions. It reads Tradion’s own chart only: it cannot take an uploaded image, a TradingView tab, or anything else on your screen. It is on every plan, with its own monthly allowance.

Signing in

Not on the Tradion account itself, because there is no password to protect. You sign in with Google or with a magic link sent to your email, so whatever protects that email account is what protects your Tradion account. Turn on 2FA there.Two-factor prompts you may see inside Tradion belong to your broker, not to us, and appear while connecting or reconnecting a brokerage.
Sign out from that device if you still can. There is no device list and no revoke-everywhere button.A session lasts 7 days and then expires on its own. A magic link is single use and short-lived, so an old email cannot be reused to get back in. If you think someone has access to the email address on the account, secure that mailbox first, since it is the way back into Tradion.

Your brokerage connection

The link runs through SnapTrade, a regulated aggregator (a service that holds the connection to your broker on your behalf). The access granted is read-only: balances, positions, and transaction history come in, and nothing goes out. Tradion cannot place, change, or cancel an order, and cannot move money. It does not receive your personal details, your bank links, or your tax documents, and it never sees your broker password. Revoke the connection at Settings → Connected Brokerages, and again inside your broker’s own security settings. See connecting a brokerage.
More than 30. Commonly used ones include Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Robinhood, Webull, Tradier, Alpaca, and Coinbase. Search the full list inside the connection window. If yours is not there, log trades by hand and tell us which one.

Plans, limits, and billing

No. Two plans, both paid: Starter $75 and Pro $150 a month, with the exact same features. Both include a 3-day free trial, once per account. An account with no subscription cannot run analyses. See plan comparison.
You get a clear block naming the counter you ran out of, not a silent failure. Six things are metered: live AI analyst minutes, Tradion Lens snapshots, AI Portfolio Analyst messages, Earnings Deep Research messages, Trade Autopsies, and manual Profile refreshes.Out of AI Portfolio Analyst messages, your existing sessions still open. Out of earnings messages, your earlier research threads and notebook still open. See usage limits.
No. All six counters reset to the full monthly allowance on your billing cycle date, which is the day of the month you subscribed rather than the 1st. Whatever you did not use is gone. A month where you used 4 of 10 earnings messages resets to 10, not 16. The one exception is extra live hours you buy: those never expire.
Subscription fees are non-refundable in cash, including for the unused part of a period. Downgrading mid-cycle credits the prorated difference toward future invoices instead of refunding it. If you think you have been billed in error, email contact@tradionlabs.com within 30 days of the charge and we will look at it.

Your data

Yes, in one specific way.Every time you save a Trade Autopsy, which is Tradion’s written breakdown of one closed trade, two labelled training examples are derived from it and stored automatically. One pairs the trade’s context with the behavioural mistake the autopsy found. The other pairs the same context with the quality scores it gave. This happens on save, there is no separate opt-in, and it cannot be switched off while your account is active.If those examples are used to fine-tune a model, your user ID and other identifying information are stripped first. Anonymised data that has already gone into a training batch cannot be pulled back out afterwards.The examples are not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties for their own purposes. The AI providers that generate your analyses (Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI) state in their own API terms that they do not train on data sent through their APIs.Email contact@tradionlabs.com to have your training examples exported, deleted, or flagged so they are left out of any future fine-tuning. Yes. A Personalization On / Off switch sits in the status bar at the top of the app. The same switch also lives on your Profile. It is the same setting in both places, so toggling one toggles the other. Turned off, none of your history is written into AI requests and answers come back generic. It applies everywhere, immediately.It stops your profile being sent into prompts. It does not stop Tradion building and updating that profile. The data is collected either way.
No. Tradion does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information, and that includes your trades, your positions, and your behavioural profile. Your data goes only to the service providers needed to run the product, such as the payment processor and the AI providers that generate your analyses. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
There is no one-click account export in the app yet. Email contact@tradionlabs.com and ask for a copy of your data in a machine-readable format. Do this before deleting an account, not after.
It stays. Cancelling ends the billing and drops you to an unsubscribed account at the end of the period you have paid for. Your trades, autopsies, analyses, memory, and playbook rules are all still there when you come back.Deleting your account is the separate, permanent action. That page explains the difference.

Using the product

No. Tradion has no list of symbols you keep and check. Your Portfolio shows what you hold. For any other ticker, ask the AI Portfolio Analyst, or open it in Tradion Lens.
Not for the main product. Signing in works on a phone, but any browser window narrower than 640 pixels gets a screen asking you to move to a desktop, and that screen offers to email you a sign-in link for your computer. It is a width check rather than a device check, so a tablet in landscape usually passes and the same tablet in portrait may not.Charts, the AI Portfolio Analyst, and the research workspaces are wide multi-panel screens. A phone can display them without giving you room to work in them.
Live quotes and snapshots refresh on a 60-second cache, and the historical bars behind indicators on a 5-minute one. Slower-moving data is held longer: company overviews and economic series for an hour, earnings history for four. See data sources.
About ten reviewed trades. Patterns are found by comparing autopsies against each other, so below roughly ten the reports are about individual trades, and above it they start being about you. A short psychological profile unlocks at two completed autopsies, and trend arrows and score changes appear at twenty.Logging a trade and reviewing it are not the same thing. A hundred logged trades with three autopsies still reads as thin. See Trade Autopsy.
Anthropic’s Claude does the bulk of the work: Sonnet for Tradion Lens, the AI Portfolio Analyst, trade autopsies, and Earnings Deep Research, Haiku for short follow-ups and summaries, and Opus for scoring news sentiment. Google’s Gemini handles some lightweight extraction jobs. OpenAI is used only to turn text into the numeric form that powers search, never for chat or analysis. Every plan uses the same models; the difference between plans is the monthly allowance.
No. There is no public API, there are no API keys, and support cannot issue you one.
